Shipping policy

All CHRISTUS REX products are made to order. The available shipping country, service, cost, and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before payment.

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

The customer must provide a complete and correct shipping address. Contact plantsandaliens@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction, but a change may not be possible after the order enters production or shipping.

Some orders can arrive in more than one shipment. Tracking details will be sent when they are available.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are not included in the product price.
